Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious SDR to join our team. This hybrid role combines energy and curiosity with the drive to close smaller deals in the SMB and Mid-Market segments. The ideal candidate will handle prospect chats, qualify leads, and generate opportunities from inbound and outbound activities, all while building relationships that set the stage for long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

● Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;

● Flexibility to work during U.S. business hours to engage effectively with prospects in that time zone;

● Strong written and verbal communication skills;

● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;

● Excellent time management abilities;

● Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms;

● Demonstrates a proactive, positive attitude with a strong commitment to developing a sales career.

Nice to have:

● 1+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related field (previous SDR experience is a plus);

● Experience in outbound outreach and handling inbound queries is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

● Acts as the first point of contact for prospects via live chat, email, and other inbound channels, ensuring a friendly, helpful, and professional experience;

● Qualifies inbound leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit with Flipsnack’s solutions;

● Conducts outbound outreach to SMB and Mid-Market prospects through email, calls, and social selling, primarily targeting clients in the U.S. time zone;

● Manages the full sales cycle for smaller deals, guiding SMB and Mid-Market clients from initial contact to close;

● Generates and nurtures opportunities for larger deals, collaborating with senior sales reps to transition qualified leads seamlessly;

● Maintains meticulous records of all prospect interactions, ensuring CRM data accuracy and consistency;

● Supports marketing efforts by sharing insights from prospect interactions and collaborating on campaigns;

● Demonstrates commitment to improving sales skills through training, coaching, and real-world experience.
