Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Job description:
Flipsnack seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join its marketing team and drives customer engagement, retention, and revenue expansion. This role requires expertise in Flipsnack’s digital publishing tool and the ability to leads multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that guides users through their journey—from activation to feature adoption and long-term retention.
The ideal candidate possesses a data-driven mindset and B2B SaaS expertise, with a strong understanding of hybrid strategies that combines PLG (product-led growth) and SLG (sales-led growth). This role owns the development, implementation, and optimization of email, in-app messaging, and other automation-driven touchpoints to enhances the customer experience and drives business impact. Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot is considered a plus.
Requirements:
● A minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing;
● Previous experience in SaaS, with bonus points for experience in martech;
● Proven ability to set marketing strategies while also executing them effectively—balancing strategic vision with hands-on implementation, including launch planning and competitive research;
● Strong competencies in positioning, messaging, and lifecycle marketing;
● Broad marketing knowledge, including channel, content, and communication strategies, in addition to product marketing expertise;
● Excellent writing skills, with experience in both short-form and long-form content, and the ability to provide writing samples;
● A high standard of quality, ensuring customer-first marketing strategies while achieving growth goals;
● A strong interest in Flipsnack’s product, mission, and values, with a desire to quickly learn about the platform and its customers;
● The ability to set both short-term and long-term goals to prioritize initiatives and maximize impact.
Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develops a deep understanding of the audience, refines product positioning and messaging, and communicates product benefits effectively.

Positioning: Creates and implements strategies to improves product positioning and messaging across various channels.

Messaging: Crafts compelling messages for emails, web content, and other marketing channels.

Customer Lifecycle Strategy:

Develops and implements end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies that aligns with business goals and drives product onboarding, adoption, retention, and loyalty.

Identifies gaps and prioritizes opportunities within the customer lifecycle, including email marketing development, collaboration on paid media campaigns, and website content enhancement.

Creates content and messaging for email drip campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.

Marketing Automation Campaign Strategy:

Develops and gains consensus on integrated marketing automation strategies, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

Creates targeted and segmented campaigns within HubSpot to identifies, nurtures, and converts high-value customers, working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
